Purchaser agrees to following conditions of sale 1. Notify seller if kitten/cat is to be resold or given away, seller has first option to reacquiring kitten/cat. 2. Adequate indoor sanitary facilities will be provided and kitten/cat will not be allowed to roam outdoors and be subject to traffic, unfriendly dogs, and children. 3. Seller operates a FeLV negative cattery and has sold this cat in good health. The Buyer agrees to have this cat/kitten examined by a qualified Veterinarian within 7 days from purchase/delivery. If the Veterinarian should find any signs of ill health or find the cat/kitten to be suffering from any physical defects, malformation or in any respect not to be of the quality and in the physical condition represented by the Seller, the Seller will upon receipt of a signed statement by the Veterinarian accept the return of the cat/kitten and refund payment in full. 4. If kitten/cat is found to be neglected, not receiving yearly shots, or in ill health for an unreasonable length of time, the purchaser will surrender this kitten/cat to seller unconditionally. 5. If purchased as a pet, Buyer agrees to neuter or spay this cat between the ages of 6 and 8 months. Buyer agrees that this cat will not be shown or used for breeding. Seller reserves the right to repossess the cat in the event of failure or refusal of Buyer to comply with these terms and Buyer will forfeit all monies paid. After presentation of veterinarian's certificate of neutering or spaying, seller agrees to provide the pedigree and CFA registration papers. 6. If purchased as a breeder, stud, or show, seller guarantees nothing as to quality of kitten/cat or breedability. If show, the seller does not guarantee the showability or success due to physical changes that will take place as kitten matures. Seller agrees to provide completed pedigree and CFA registration papers when seller acknowledges receipt of payment in full. Payment shall be made by cash, money order, or cashier check. (no personal checks accepted.) 7. Purchaser agrees to keep inoculations current and provide proper Veterinary care at all times. In the event of serious illness within the first year of ownership , purchaser will notify Seller immediately and agrees not to euthanize this cat without permission. If the cat dies or is euthanized, purchaser will provide Seller with Veterinary records and autopsy report showing cause of death. 8. All expressed and implied guarantees are void in the event the cat/kitten is given feline leukemia vaccine, FIP shot or ringworm vaccine. 9. Health record will be provided by seller.The purchaser's signature indicates full agreement and approval of all above conditions.
